Do I need to be fit?
You do not need to be an athlete to fly as normal flying is not physically strenuous to the body. However, before you fly you are asked  to sign that you are not aware of any illness or disability that may become a problem to you during the flight or thay may affect the flight in any adverse manner. You should inform the office and instructor of any concerns from travel sickness to heart complaints, medical treatments and medicines that may affect your balance, for example. If in doubt ask the office staff before you book the flight. If you suffer from travel sickness, we will give you a bag.
