The Vintage Glider Club Rendezvous @ Hus Bos 2019
A big welcome to members of the Vintage Glider Club to The Gliding Centre, also known as Hus Bos, based at Husbands Bosworth in the heart of England.
The home of The Gliding Centre is at the southernmost edge of the County of Leicestershire on half of what was a huge WW2 airfield. Our field is owned by the members and is dedicated to Gliding and General Aviation.
Visitors are always welcome and we regularly host national and world-class competitions. In 2021 we will host the ‘Women’s Worlds’.
We welcome our international friends from the VGC to the skies around Hus Bos, which link back to its founding here in 1973.
